Hey Cub Families!

As we prepare for Cub Crawl—our largest fundraiser of the year—we need your help! We truly can’t make this event a success without the participation and support of our amazing CCES families.

So, what exactly is Cub Crawl?

Cub Crawl is our biggest annual fundraiser and runs from the beginning of the school year through October 16th. During this time, we reach out to local businesses and community partners and ask them to support Cibolo Creek Elementary through sponsorships and donations.

But there’s so much more to Cub Crawl!

Our Silent Auction
Each classroom helps create a themed class basket that becomes part of our online silent auction. Families and community members can bid on everything from amazing class baskets and local gift cards to experiences and even tickets to sporting events!

Where does the money go?
100% of the proceeds go directly back to our school to support campus enrichment, student activities, programs, and the fun experiences that make CCES such a special place for our Cubs.

And then we CELEBRATE! 
All of the hard work leads up to our big Cub Crawl Celebration on Friday, October 16th from 4:00–6:00 PM at Cibolo Creek Elementary!

We’ll have a DJ, food trucks, games, activities, and plenty of school spirit as we come together to celebrate our Cubs and our love for CCES.

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to jump in, lend a hand, and help make this year’s Cub Crawl extra special. Whether you can help with sponsorships, the silent auction, class baskets, event preparation, or on the day of Cub Crawl, there is a place for everyone to help.
